They've got like 2g of carbs in them so it breaks a fast you're not gonna give a shit, because you were already going to change clothes. its like washing your car, getting your clothes wet and saying "Ok i need to change" then on the way inside, someone splashes you with a water gun. The other argument is that it "increases hunger" doesn't matter, you're already fasting and it requires willpower to begin with. all scientific findings have been things like "obese people more often drink them" that's because they WANT to lose weight which prompts them to make the swap, This is hogwash, there is no proof that artifical sweeteners will negatively impact your diet. I wanna drink them, trust me, but my body has clearly told me not to lol I could be wrong, like I said I can’t back this up with anything but personal experience. Really does get rid of the desire to drink diet sodas after that. I find it tastes just as good as the soda and I still lose weight. What I do now is I drink lime juice with some salt. Over a 5 month period of on and off personal testing, I’d 100% say don’t take them while in the fasted state. Thought it was a fluke, so tried using them again.
